For the Winter 2017 edition of NYC Restaurant Week, Executive Chef Vito Gnazzo will offer a trio of tantalizing 3-course dinner menus, each one representing his favorite dishes from three separate Italian regions: Piemonte, Puglia, and Le Isole (Sardegna & Sicilia), and each available with regional wine pairings!
