Scotch Dinner at David Burke Fromagerie

David Burke Fromagerie will be hosting a scotch dinner featuring scotch distributor, Glenmorangie, on Wednesday, September 24th at 7 PM. A selection of appetizers will be served along with a 4-course prix-fixe menu that is expertly paired with a different scotch.
• Pressed Confit Chicken with Brussel sprout, parsnip, salsify and sherry jus de poulet, paired with Lasanta
• Warm quid “ceviche” with black risotto and cocoa, paired with Quinta Ruban
• Roasted pheasant with farmers toast, pickled shallot and cauliflower, paired with Nectar D’Or
• Apple tart tatin with malted milk ball ice cream and citrus crème fraiche, paired with Signet
The dinner is $125 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
