Manhattan Youth Baseball presents Grades 2 Play Celebrity Charity Casino Night

New York, NY – March 2016 – Manhattan Youth Baseball (MYB) presents Grades 2 Play Celebrity Charity Casino Night on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Ben & Jack’s Steak House located at 255 5th Ave, New York, NY 10016 from 6:30pm-10:30pm. Join us as we recognize Joe Daniels, President & CEO, National September 11 Memorial & Museum with the Patron of NYC Award, presented by Howard W. Lutnick, Chairman & CEO, Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. Also being recognized is Erik Coleman, NFL Veteran and SNY Sports Analyst with the Excellence in Sports & Philanthropy Award, presented by Andrew J. Perel, Partner, Troutman Sanders LLP & Chairman of the Board, MYB. This will be a fun filled evening which will include: delicious fare by Executive Chef Admir Alibasic, top-shelf cocktails, silent and live auction and gambling for all. Proceeds from this event will support various Grades 2 Play funding which include: scholarships to private schools, private tutors, computers and funds for enrollment.

About Grades 2 Play
Grades 2 Play is a 501(c)(3) program that inspires students through athletics to achieve in the classroom. Our team guides students facing adversity to make positive life choices and to take responsibility for their goals. The coaches and trainers play an active role in the students’ lives, providing them with necessary tutors and moral support. This grassroots program started specifically with baseball and will continue to broaden its program outreach to other sports as well.
