David Burke Fishtail will be hosting a delicious dinner featuring the wines of Stag’s Leap Vineyards on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 7:00PM. The evening will feature a four-course wine pairing menu. Dishes include:
• First Course: Roasted Lobster and Scallop; apple puree, vadouvan, and brown butter balsamic emulsion

• Second Course: Roasted Duck Breast, Presse of Leg, preserved fruit, banyuls duck jus

• Third Course: Roasted Loin of Venison; braised leg agnolotti, beets, red cabbage, shallot puree
