David Burke Fishtail will be hosting a delicious dinner featuring Pol Roger Champagne on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 7:00PM. The evening will feature a four-course wine pairing menu. Dishes include:

Amuse
lightly grilled pacific escolar; cucumber, grapefruit-basil vinaigrette

First Course
roasted prawn ravioli; shellfish vinaigrette, champagne velouté
