A Thanksgiving Feast to Remember: Artisanal Fromagerie Bistro

Murray Hill’s temple to wine and cheese will open its doors for a special Thanksgiving Day feast. Prepared by brand-new Executive Chef John Creger, this five course tasting menu is filled with traditional favorites and will be available for $85pp.
For the first course, Artisanal will offer your choice of either Pumpkin Velouté or Acorn Squash Ravioli to start followed by either a Foie Gras Torchon or Smoked Trout Salad for a second course. The fish course offers diners the choice between either a Halibut or Salmon. For those looking for a traditional Thanksgiving meal, Artisanal will offer diners an Amish Roasted Turkey served with chorizo cornbread stuffing, autumn vegetables and a cranberry ginger coulis. For those looking to break with tradition, Chef John Creger is also preparing a decadent Filet Mignon with sweet potato puree, charred Brussel sprouts and black truffle butter. To cap off the delectable tasting menu, Artisanal will offer its diners a choice between a Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake, its unique take on the classic Peanut Butter & Jelly, or an Autumn Ice Cream Trio – Vanilla Pumpkin, Maple Bacon or Chai Iced Cream. At the conclusion of the meal, guests will receive a complimentary wine and cheese basket.
There will also be a special two-course Kids menu, which will be $65pp.
